Saw Myint
Founder & CEO
Saw spent more than fifteen years in investment banking at State Street, BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse, working as a CPA across institutional finance. She has since spent eleven years in finance broking and nine years in property investment and development.
At One Stop Capital she is responsible for fund structuring, capital and underwriting, and external partner relationships.
Noah Myint
Co-Founder
Noah co-owns and runs the group’s property development business, bringing more than twenty-five years of executive management and fund management experience.
He leads project origination, oversees the development programme across the group, and manages investor relationships.
Greg W. Parker
Operations Director
Greg is a Bachelor of Architecture graduate and a residential and commercial builder of more than twenty-five years’ standing. He runs construction delivery.
Keeping build capability in-house is deliberate: construction is where development projects most often lose money, and we’d rather control it than contract it out.
