Eight lots at Frenchs Forest in Sydney’s Northern Beaches — 500 metres, a four-minute walk, from Forest Way Shopping Centre, in a suburb reshaped by the Northern Beaches Hospital precinct.

We exchanged in April 2026 at A$8.5M against a A$6M build cost, on a 1.5-years delayed settlement with early access for development approval.
